My Horrible Hand Veins

Jackie lives in Bristol and she has been troubled by large veins on her hands for many years. They have been getting more pronounced and they were causing her considerable embarrassment. I treated her by a combination of Sclerotherapy and Collagen Stimulation and I reviewed the remarkable improvement earlier this week.

Jackie’s Story

I have always hated my hands – the veins look so ugly and my hands look like those of an “old lady”. I was so self conscious

that I tried to hide them, but that’s impossible, my hands are always on show. I didn’t think anything could be done about them, but then I heard about the treatment that Dr Gajraj does. He calls it “Hand Rejuvenation”. He injected the veins to make them smaller and he injected a medication under the skin to stimulate my own cells to produce more collagen. After just 6 months, the difference is amazing. I am so pleased and I have so much more confidence.”

The Treatment

As we get older, we all lose collagen from the back of our hands and the bones and tendons show through the skin. In addition, the veins of the hand enlarge and resulting appearance is very ageing. These two problems can be addressed by stimulating natural collagen production in the hands by injecting a Medical Collagen-Stimulator under the skin and by shrinking the hand veins by sclerotherapy. The result is a more youthful appearance. Jackie has kindly allowed me to share her clinical photographs taken before and after her “hand rejuvenation treatment”. The improvement is remarkable.
